After losing my husband Maarten suddenly in 2009, my journey through grief led to profound transformation. At 51, having been with him since I was 16, I had to rediscover who I was beyond being a wife and mother. Through my own healing process, I developed the FLOW Grief Release Method ™️ (Feel, Let go, Overcome, Whole) – now the foundation of my 8-week online transformational program "FLOW - Your Journey Beyond Grief."

I've been a widow since 2009, and I still get scared and second-guess myself when navigating life without my partner!
