Fulfillment of Services
1. Upon successful payment, customers will receive immediate access to any digital materials or programs they have purchased (e.g., downloadable content, access to members-only sections of our website, or invitations to live sessions).
2. For live mentoring or certification sessions, specific dates and times will be provided after registration. All details will be emailed to the address provided during purchase.
Refund Policy
Digital Products & Programs:
Due to the nature of downloadable content and immediate access to online programs, we do not offer refunds for digital products once they have been accessed. However, if you encounter technical issues, please contact us at info@livingbeyondgriefandloss.com so we can assist.
Certification Programs & Mentoring:
Refunds for certification programs or mentoring services are only available within 7 days of purchase, provided that the program has not been accessed or any live sessions attended. After 7 days, no refunds will be issued.
Exceptional Cases:
If you experience unforeseen circumstances, please reach out to us at info@livingbeyondgriefandloss.com to discuss potential options. Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel their enrollment in a program within 7 days of purchase for a full refund, provided the program has not been accessed.
For ongoing subscriptions, cancellations can be made at any time, but no refunds will be issued for the current billing cycle.
